Project Managment
In the field of project management we help our clients by providing integrated engineering services collaborating with the best engineering professionals in the province. Our project management services starts at the very beginning, with clients setting objectives, and extends to the end of the construction phase.
During the different phases our main objectives are;
- Coordinate all site investigation and design activities among different consultants to guide project through planning, conceptual and detailed design phases
- Reviewing and monitoring design and construction phases schedules and budgets.
- Review consultants and contractor’s payment requests
- Coordinate and attend project meetings
- Track submittals and Coordinate consultants’ revisions of shop drawings provided by the contractor, to assure that products supplied are as called for in the contract;
- Respond to construction queries by the contractor during the work;
- Review and negotiate change order requests.
- Periodic site reviews to assure conformance with the construction documents;
- Coordinate Substantial Performance Inspection by the consultants, along with review of contract close-out documents, such as Worker’s Compensation Clearance, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, etc...
Environmental Services
In the field of environmental services we help our clients ,individuals and municipalities, fulfill permitting and legislation requirements in the fields of water, wastewater, and waste management. The types of services we provide in this field include but are not limited to the following;
- Assess, review and recommend different technologies to achieve compliance with permit requirement.
- Assess facilities to stand on current performance.
- Analyze data and provide technical reports for water quality and wastewater paramenters.
- Determine aquifer parameters and design well fields.
- Design wastewater septic tanks and lagoon systems.
- Design earthen storage structures such as; earthen manure storage, including compacted clay liners.
